RECEPTION

Want to have a wedding reception at Whispering Pines? You decorate, have your reception, etc...you must clean venue when your event is over. Occupancy up to 400 guests!!!

Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00  midnight 

Unlimited guests. Seating in venue for 180 people. If you need more seating, please ask your guests to bring lawn chairs! Your guests actually love the idea of bringing their own seating!!!! 

Price: Non Prime Days

1 day:  $2,250.....reception....9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 midnight

1-1/2 day:  $2,500....reception....9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 midnight.. next day clean up by noon

2-1/2 day:  $2,750....9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 midnight.... 1 day to decorate.....1 day for reception..... next day clean up by noon

 Non Prime Days:  Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday! 

Prime Days:

1 day:  $2,750..........reception....9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 midnight

1-1/2 day:  $3,000....9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 midnight.. ..reception...... next day clean up by noon

2-1/2 day:  $3,250......9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 midnight.. ......Friday decorate.....Saturday reception..... Sunday clean up by noon

Prime Days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. ​

Contract must be signed with a $1,000 non-refundable security deposit, included in price.
If you wish more hours, the charge is $150 per each additional hour!
