Whispering Pines does not offer cleaning services of any kind after any event held at the venue. 


You must clean and remove any garbage or the like from the entire venue grounds, including the parking lots and camping areas.


The wedding party tents are to be swept, mopped, wiped down and removal of any garbage. All mirrors cleaned. 


Bell tent rentals cleaned.  


All tables and benches are to be wiped and cleaned.  The alter and dance floor swept off. 


Remove all garbage bags from the green barrels and replace bags with 55 gallon industrial bags. You are responsible for hauling away your own garbage.



SUPPLIES TO BRING:


Broom, mop, bucket, rags, cleaning solution, glass cleaner, paper towels and 55 gallon industrial garbage bags.


If Whispering Pines discovers any incomplete clean up item on this list, whereby, Whispering Pines will charge $100 an hour for a clean up fee. A bill will be sent to the contractual party by certified mail.


It's simple: YOU PACK IT IN, YOU PACK IT OUT!
